Paella Fest Takes a Sabbatical in 2011
Regretfully the Paella Fest will not happen this year. We have become victims of success and grown too large. Efforts to find a larger venue have turned up regulations and fees that suck the spirit out of it all. Lets hope that the future brings us all together again soon. Until then, may the quest for paella magic continue.

That is so sad. The Spanish Table in Seattle just participated in a paella contest sponsored by the Spain Association of the Northwest and it was a blast.
